To request an exemption from reporting requirements:

If you are locked out of your account or no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please call 785-296-6547 for assistance. Password resets can be provided over the phone after verifying a user's identity. No password resets will be provided by email.

Subpoenas, Warrants, & Law Enforcement Inquiries

All subpoenas and warrants should be sent to pmpadmin@ks.gov to the attention of the Custodian of Records. Please include the following form to ensure appropriate records are researched.
